You are looking at an aircraft camera,was made-I believe-for the Navy under government contract and the manufacturing rights were licenced from the designer and main manufacturer,who was Folmer-Graphlex.A number of years ago,I believe during WWII,but please don't quote me on that.
Since I have never used this camera,I can't assume for sure,it's in working condition,probably it is.
A camera of this vintage and in this condition is very sought after by true collectors, so don't let it go pass.
